As of July 2010, CJUG is on an indefinite hiatus due to a lack of funding and sponsorship in the current economic climate. We will not be holding any more meetings for the foreseeable future, although informal get-togethers may happen from time to time. If anyone is interested in sponsoring or otherwise helping us maintain interest in Java and the JVM in Calgary, we can be contacted at admin@cjug.com.

The Calgary Java Users Group aims to promote Java technologies, languages, best practices, tools, methodologies, and solutions in Calgary, Alberta. Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month, either live in downtown Calgary or online courtesy of Elluminate Live! and are free and open to the public.

CJUG Meeting April 14th: Coding by Numbers The April CJUG meeting will be held online, courtesy of Elluminate Live! at the later-than-normal time of 7.00PM MDT, Wednesday April 14th. CJUG Meeting March 10th CJUG's March meeting will be a social event - no speakers - held at Malcolm's, Ground Floor, 5th Avenue Place (under our old conference room). We'll be there between 5pm and 7pm, along with a supply of chicken wings and other food for anyone interested in meeting friends old & new. Sorry, we can't supply any alcohol or other drinks due to liability issues.
